Wezo operates on a Membership & subscription-based model that allows members to rent toys and books for a specified period. As a member, you can select items from a curated collection, use them for as long as you need, and return them to exchange for new ones.
Membership:
- Wezo membership gives your family access to an extensive library of toys and books with Absolutely No Damage Charges and No Deposit required!
- Members can select items based on their child’s age and interests without worrying about upfront costs or accidental damages.
- To enjoy the full benefits, you need to choose a subscription plan that suits your needs.
- With membership, you also receive additional benefits, such as monthly coupons, gift vouchers, and other exciting perks that make your experience even more rewarding.
Subscription Plan:
- Wezo offers flexible subscription plans, such as monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly or yearly
- Your plan determines how many toys and books you can borrow at a time.
- Unlimited exchanges are included, allowing you to swap items as often as you like.
- Delivery and pickup services are part of the subscription plan, making the process seamless and hassle-free.
Log in to your Wezo account, browse the available collection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your selected items will be delivered to your address.
If a toy doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it and select a replacement. Our system ensures you get only the items that bring joy to your family.
You can exchange toys and books as often as you like, subject to the terms of your subscription plan. Simply return the current items to select new ones.
Returns are easy! Pack the items in the provided return bag and schedule a pickup through your Wezo account. Our logistics team will handle the rest.
Minor wear and tear are expected during regular use, but for significant damage, you may be charged a nominal fee. The exact fee depends on the extent of the damage and the item in question.
Subscription Plans:
- For members under certain subscription plans, the terms regarding damage fees may vary. Refer to your specific subscription plan for detailed information on any potential charges related to damage.
- Membership Benefits: As a member, you also enjoy the benefit of Absolutely No Deposit and No Damage Charges for minor wear and tear, but major damage may still incur a fee.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request. Before the cancellation is finalized, make sure to return all borrowed items.
Subscription Plans:
- If you are on a monthly subscription plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you are on a yearly subscription plan, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the unused period, depending on the terms of your subscription plan.
